Free Shipping over $100
We ship all of our shoes directly from our San Francisco office. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. If you order a pair of shoes before 2pm on the west coast, we’ll do our best to get it out that day.
We offer a $5 flat rate on all shipments and free shipping for any orders over $100. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we charge a flat rate of $10. We ship either USPS or UPS ground depending on what will get to you faster. Typically orders shipping to the west coast will arrive in 1–3 days and orders on the east coast will take 5–7 days.
Free Returns and Exchanges
If your shoes don’t quite fit right send an email to info@blukicks.com. Let us know if you’d like to exchange or return your shoes and we’ll email you a return label, which you will have to print out and tape to the package. Please use the old packaging or find acceptable packaging when shipping shoes back to us.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days after you receive your shoes and ask that all exchanged or returned shoes be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns on orders from Canada or Hawaii.
